On October 19th, the General Department of the National Energy Administration issued the "Notice on Actively Promoting the Relevant Work of New Energy Power Generation Projects to Consolidate and Multiply". The document states that:

In the case of continued tight power supply and demand, speeding up the construction of wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects and increasing the supply of clean power will not only help alleviate the tight power supply and demand situation, but also help achieve the dual control of energy consumption and promote low-carbon energy transformation. .

Therefore, the document requires all power grid companies to take effective measures for grid-connected "new energy power generation projects in 2021", in accordance with the principle of "combining what can be done", and taking effective measures for wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that meet grid-connected conditions. Guarantee timely grid connection; in accordance with the principle of "multiple power generation and full power generation", strictly implement the priority power generation system, realize multiple power generation and full power generation of new energy power generation projects, and further improve the power supply capacity. Speed ​​up the construction of supporting grid connection projects for wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects, and make full street connection with the construction of new energy power generation projects to ensure simultaneous operation.

In order to further complete the grid connection of new energy power generation projects in 2021, the relevant matters are now clarified as follows.

1. All power grid enterprises are requested to take effective measures to ensure timely grid connection for wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that are eligible for grid connection in accordance with the principle of "merging as much as possible".

2. All power grid enterprises are requested to strictly implement the priority power generation system in accordance with the principle of "multiple power generation and full power generation", strengthen scientific dispatching, optimize the arrangement of system operation methods, realize multiple power generation and full power generation of new energy power generation projects, and further improve the power supply capacity.

3. All units are requested to increase overall planning and coordination, speed up the construction of supporting grid connection projects for wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects, and fully connect with the construction of new energy power generation projects to ensure simultaneous operation.

4. All units are invited to scientifically organize their forces, optimize the work process, reasonably arrange the construction period, and do a good job in various tasks under the premise of ensuring safe production, so as to play an active role in the supply of energy and electricity.
